Personal training with Bailey in Doncaster was one of the best choices I have made. He was great from the start, making sure he understood what my goals were and built my sessions around what I was looking to achieve. Bailey made the sessions enjoyable whilst also challenging and pushing me towards my goals.

I hadn’t been to the gym in a very long time, and I felt anxious about going back – especially about how I looked and worrying about being judged by others. But working with Bailey helped me feel much more comfortable, both in the gym and with the equipment I was using.

He was always on hand to make sure I was using everything properly and would adjust the workouts to suit me if needed. Bailey also gave me great guidance around nutrition and helped me stay on track outside of our sessions. He encouraged me to look after myself day to day – staying on top of things like drinking enough water and getting in some movement, like going for a walk on rest days.

Without Bailey, I’d probably still be stuck wondering how I was ever going to lose weight or feel confident in myself again. Not only has he helped me get to where I am now, but he’s also taught me how to keep moving forward and maintain the progress I’ve made.

Bailey has been a massive help since my very first session, I didn’t know if a 1 to 1 experience would be for me but I’m happy to say that I couldn’t praise it and him enough. He’s always happy, very approachable and is ready to answer any sorts of questions you may have. He clearly knows what he’s talking about and is 100% committed to helping you find the right workout for you and your goals, but most importantly he does so in a way that makes you feel as comfortable as can be in an area where most people have no clue for themselves. I’d recommend Bailey to anyone who’s looking to get into their personal fitness, I’ve been seeing him for a few months now and I am very happy with the progress we’re making together. I’m excited to continue my fitness journey with Bailey as my PT and I can’t wait to see even bigger and better results further down the road 💪

    I thought that having a 1 to 1 personal trainer would be a bit daunting, however, Bailey was very friendly and put me at ease straightaway. He explained all the exercises clearly and was helpful to adapt things to suit me. I had had trouble with shoulder pain but we have carefully worked through this, building up over time and now my arms have never been stronger. He also shared good advice on activity outside of our sessions like simple exercises, daily steps to aim for and diet advice. It has given me new focus and I feel stronger and toned as a result.     Bailey was amazing with me in our 1:1 training sessions. He has really helped me understand the impact of certain exercises, explaining things as we go along. He is so patient, motivating and non judgemental. (All of which was a must for me!). It was not at all daunting and I left each session feeling I’d given my all. Thanks Bailey for being a fabulous PT. I am now more motivated than ever to keep this going!
