My name is Bailey, and after struggling with my own health and fitness and having issues with my weight most of my adult life.
In 2023, after starting my own journey, I decided to make a change and devote my time to helping make easy for others what I’d struggled with for so long.
I offer a completely tailored approach to people’s fitness goals, where no two programs are the same. I take you from where you are now and help guide you to where you want to be.
My Ethos
My ethos is Results Without the Pressure.
I understand that the whole point of embarking on a new fitness regime is to transform your body and look, feel, and move better than you have in years (or maybe even better than you ever have).
However, I also understand that eating chicken and broccoli eight times a day and sacrificing your entire social life to the gym isn’t a reasonable approach when you’ve got work, family, and all your other commitments to think about.
That’s why I focus on what matters. Mixing education with accountability, setting you up for long-term independence alongside short-term success. Once you’ve trained with BW Fitness, you should never need another coach or PT ever again.
