I've been training with Bailey for the past 6 months and I am so happy with the progress I have made in that time. Whilst his sessions challenge me every week, he has an ability to make them fun and engaging. My overall fitness and strength has improved which has gave me the confidence to believe I can achieve my goals. This wouldn’t haven’t been possible without Bailey’s input and encouragement. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated, knowledgable and supportive personal trainer.

Bailey was amazing with me in our 1:1 training sessions. He has really helped me understand the impact of certain exercises, explaining things as we go along. He is so patient, motivating and non judgemental. (All of which was a must for me!). It was not at all daunting and I left each session feeling I’d given my all. I thought that having a 1 to 1 personal trainer would be a bit daunting, however, Bailey was very friendly and put me at ease straightaway. He explained all the exercises clearly and was helpful to adapt things to suit me. I had had trouble with shoulder pain but we have carefully worked through this, building up over time and now my arms have never been stronger. He also shared good advice on activity outside of our sessions like simple exercises, daily steps to aim for and diet advice. It has given me new focus and I feel stronger and toned as a result. Recently started 1-1 training sessions with Bailey after realising the gym just was not for me, I now attend weekly sessions with Bailey and it has definitely changed my experience with gyms , he is also very supportive and checks in weekly, highly recommend for private 1-1 sessions!

Bailey has been my PT for around 10 months now, I was a person with low body confidence and very little gym experience, as a consequence terrified of even entering a gym I responded to an ad of Bailey’s for a group of over 40 men who would like to make a difference to their , fitness and confidence and I have to say it’s the best thing I’ve done in ages, the sessions are small in numbers and fun with Bailey helping guide you through the session with knowledge and understanding of what you’re capable and not capable of Anyone thinking of trying the gym should consider a PT first to give you the confidence and importantly the correct techniques to exercise Bailey is highly recommended I now go to a gym as well as still attending Baileys sessions , something I wouldn’t have done a year ago, and I enter the gym with knowledge and more confidence

Can't recommend Bailey enough, great friendly guy who knows how to get the best out of you without being pushy. Been with him for a few weeks now and I can definitely tell the changes he recommended nutritionally and day to day stuff are working. His workouts are tailored to personal needs and he understands what you want to get out of them. As a gym virgin at 57 I'm really enjoying the sessions with him. Give him a try you won't regret it.
